The University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business would like to congratulate PhD in Business Administration students, Melanie Boudreaux and Matthew Oglesby, for each winning the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) graduate scholarship. This is the second year in a row Boudreaux and Oglesby have received the SHRM Foundation 2021 Academic Scholarship.
