March 2018 – School of Computing Alums Connect at Annual HIMSS Conference in Las Vegas

School of Computing Alums Venkat Thumula ('02) and Mike Jones ('95) connected this week during the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society annual conference (HIMSS 2018) in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Finding similar career paths, Venkat is CEO of Genzeon, headquartered in Hyderabad, India, while Mike is CEO of Cantata Health in Hauppauge, New York.  Both are making a major impact in the health information systems arena. 

Glad to see our SoC alums doing so well, staying connected to SoC and USA, and enjoying the opportunity to network.  #WeAreSouthProud
