Facilities Accounting

The Facilities Accounting Department is responsible for accurate tracking of project budgets and expenditures according to University, State and Federal regulations.  This includes preparing and maintaining Architectural agreements and amendments, construction contracts and project change orders.  The department also monitors capital and minor project budgets and is responsible for the accurate and timely payments of invoices and pay applications.
