Jag Card
New Freshman Students
- Photos must meet the requirements listed below. (University ID Cards reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.)
- After submission and approval of your photo, we will send a confirmation email to your student email address (jagmail).
- You will pick up your ID card when you arrive for your orientation.
Transfer and Graduate Students
- Photos must meet the requirements listed below. (University ID Cards reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.)
- After submission and approval of your photo, we will send a confirmation email to your student email address (jagmail).
- Once you have registered for classes, you can pick up your ID card from the Jag Card Office on the 1st floor of the Student Center. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.
Replacement ID
- Please visit the Jag Card Office on the 1st floor of the Student Center. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.
- Once enrollment is confirmed, your card will be printed.
- Your first replacement ID will have a $20 replacement ID fee and must be paid at the time of pickup.
- For each additional card replacement after the initial charge, there will be a $5 additional fee.
- Currently only card and tap-to-pay are available.

Spring 2026
Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm or by appointment.
*Regular operational hours as listed above begin January 12th. University closures, orientations, and holidays may impact business hours.
