Allied Health & Nursing Badges
The recommended and most convenient way to purchase an Allied Health or Nursing badge is using the on-line process. The cost is $20.00 which includes shipping to the address provided during checkout.
Purchase Your Card
After the payment process is completed, you will need to upload a photo at the Photo Submission page on the Jag Card main page.
To ensure your photo is approved, please carefully review the photo requirements for the specific ID type you are purchasing. Note: Undergraduate Nursing Photos have additional requirements that must be followed.
Students may also purchase their badge and have their picture taken in person at the Jag Card Office located on the 1st floor of the Student Center. The cost is $15.00. Photo submission requirements must be met for in person photos. See the Photo Submission page on the Jag Card main page for specific requirements.
