Allied Health & Nursing Badges
Allied Health or Nursing badges may be purchased using the on-line process or in-person at the Jag Card Office. The on-line cost is $20.00 which includes shipping to the address provided during checkout.

After the payment process is completed, you will need to upload a photo at the Photo Submission page on the Jag Card main page.
To ensure your photo is approved, please carefully review the photo requirements for the specific ID type you are purchasing. Note: Undergraduate Nursing Photos have additional requirements that must be followed.
Students may also purchase their badge and have their picture taken in person at the Jag Card Office located on the 1st floor of the Student Center. The cost is $15.00. Only debit or credit card payments are accepted - no cash, checks or money orders. Photo submission requirements must be met for in person photos.
