Nursing & Name Badges

To begin the payment process for your undergraduate nursing, graduate nursing, or allied health badge, please first submit a photo for approval using the Photo Submission page on the Jag Card main page. Once your photo is approved, the Jard Card Office will initiate the payment process and notify you by email. 

Students may choose one of the following options:

• Purchase online for $20, which includes shipping to the address provided during checkout, OR
• Purchase and pick up in person for $15 at the Jag Card Office.

The additional cost for online payment covers shipping and handling of the printed badge.

To ensure your photo is approved, please carefully review the photo requirements for the specific ID type you are purchasing. These requirements can be found on the Photo Submission Page. You may also have your photo take at the Jag Card Office.

Once you receive an email confirming your photo has been approved, you may proceed with purchasing your badge!

Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm or by appointment.

*Regular operational hours as listed above begin January 12th.  University closures, orientations, and holidays may impact business hours.
