Coloring Research Group of South Alabama (CRGSA) celebrates second publication

The Coloring Research Group of South Alabama (CRGSA) is a student research group at the University of South Alabama focused on original research in graph coloring. The CRGSA officially has its second published paper! The paper, “Maximizing Satisfied Vertex Requests in List Coloring,” has been published in Congressus Numerantium.
List coloring is a generalization of classical graph coloring with connections to scheduling, register allocation, resource distribution, and computational complexity.
Congratulations to South Alabama students Timothy Bennett, Michael Bowdoin, Haley Broadus, Daniel Hodgins, Adam Nusair, Gabriel Sharbel, and Joshua Silverman on this wonderful accomplishment. More information on the CRGSA can be found here.
