Room Inspection

All students are required to complete a Room Inspection within twenty-four (24) hours of checking-in / accepting the room key. If not, students will be held responsible for the condition of the room at check-out.

When residents check-out or vacate, charges will be applied for damages or losses which were not noted on the initial move in Room Inspection.
