About the Lab

The Exercise and Nutrition Research Group (ENRG) Resistance Exercise Physiology (REP) Laboratory contains resistance exercise equipment suitable for research and teaching. The REP Lab includes two power racks on lifting platforms, adjustable dumbbells, olympic weight plates (including bumper plates), and calibrated olympic plates. The lab contains weight equipment and machines for people of all experience levels.
