Dr. Reid Cummings, along with co-authors John Martinez and Michael Mills, won a Best Paper Award for, “The Increasing Trend in Commercial Real Estate Lending by Community Banks: The Role of Deliberate Risk-Taking, 2001-2017,” presented at the Academy of Business Research Spring 2019 International Conference, New Orleans, Louisiana, March 2019.
