IEEE-HKN Student Leadership Conference

Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) officers for 2019-2020, (above left to right) Elizabeth Thames, Lauren McDaniel, and Alysa San Filippo attended the annual IEEE-HKN Student Leadership Conference held this year in Boston, MA. The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and HKN faculty advisor is Dr. Jinhui Wang.
IEEE-HKN is the international honor society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). The organization promotes excellence in the profession and in education through an emphasis on scholarship, character, and attitude. The students' travel was partially sponsored by the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of South Alabama.
