The work of Dr. Silas Leavesley was recently featured in an issue of the Photonics West Show Daily covering novel uses of hyperspectral systems. Dr. Leavesley’s work employs optical simulation for determining the efficacy of new light source designs for excitation-scanning high-speed hyperspectral imaging systems.
