Virtual career fairs are a convenient way for you to connect with recruiters and employers from the comfort of your computer.  Similar to a traditional job fair, virtual career fairs are live, fully interactive and held at a specific time.  Take a moment to review the following tips.

  • Research participating organizations of interest
  • Prepare your resume
  • Practice your pitch
  • Select a quiet, distraction-free location
  • Test your video/audio equipment

  • Treat each interaction like an interview

  • Take notes, including the names and contact details of the representatives
