Extra Yard For Teachers, presented by the College Football Playoff Foundation, recognizing teachers across the nation during the week; as part of the recognition South Alabama will celebrate and honor local teachers and let them know they are valued and respected.

At the USA versus Memphis game on September 14, the following teachers were recognized:
