Order faculty regalia for Academic Hooding and Commencement ceremonies

The Whiddon College of Medicine 2026 Academic Hooding Ceremony will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, May 7, at the USA Mitchell Center. Faculty members will wear academic regalia, participate in the academic procession, and be seated on stage for the duration of the ceremony.
During the program, Ph.D. and M.D. students will be called to the stage to be donned with their academic hoods, and the military commission ceremony will follow.
The College of Medicine will also participate in the University Commencement Ceremony at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 8, at the USA Mitchell Center. During commencement, graduates will walk and receive their diplomas.
For faculty who need to order regalia, visit gradsupply.com/usa-faculty. The deadline to place an order is Friday, April 17. Regalia may be picked up at the USA Bookstore beginning April 29. Faculty who miss the deadline may still visit the bookstore to place an order.
