What is it?

The Agreement Approval and Tracking system is the means by which the University Campus and Health Systems should submit agreements and contracts to the Attorneys' Office for legal review.

PLEASE NOTE:  In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, University campus employees are working remotely. If you are unable to submit an agreement/contract through the Approval Tracking System, you should submit it by filling out a contract checklist (link below) and emailing your contract and checklist to alowry@southalabama.edu (please cc your Department Head/Administrator/Dean/VP/Director or Chair so that he/she can respond with “Approve”).
