Whiddon COM Faculty Development offers team-building workshop

Binata Mukherjee, M.D., MBA, assistant dean for faculty and professional development
and an associate professor of internal medicine, is now offering an experiential learning
workshop for Whiddon College of Medicine faculty and staff members.
The session is based on Points of You’s Team Fusion training program. Participants
will gain insights into their roles, dynamics and strengths, and learn to synergize
their abilities for effective collaboration. They will leave with actionable insights
and tools to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.
“We look at each individual’s persona – their learning styles, character strengths
and virtues,” Mukherjee said. “Then we look at how those impact the function of the
team.”
