LevelUP Fellows
The LevelUP Fellows are passionate about helping students develop the skills that employers value most. They have illustrated ideas for preparing students for their next steps and the desire to lead by example and support others as they engage with USA’s LevelUP Quality Enhancement Plan. As a Fellow, they will develop their leadership skills while also making a positive impact on the lives of students through collaboration and creative problem-solving. they will not only contribute to the growth of others, but they’ll also gain valuable knowledge and experience that will benefit their own career and self-development. This is their opportunity to lead, inspire, and contribute while growing personally and professionally.
As LevelUP Fellows, they:
- Serve as champions by sharing the goals, aims, and benefits of LevelUP with stakeholders
- Participate in the development and piloting of resources for students, faculty, and staff
- Support professional development and assessment activities
- Provide individual support to faculty, staff, and students
- Execute an implementation innovation or research study that further advances LevelUP
