Assignment Changes

Room Swap periods are offered prior to move in. Assigned students can change themselves to a different building, room, or roommate within MyUSAHousing.
A Room Change Request period is offered at the beginning of each semester for residents who wish to request to change buildings, rooms, or roommates. Requests are submitted in MyUSAHousing and are processed based upon the date/time submitted and availability.

Room Swap (Room Change Prior to Move In) Periods

First-Year Student Room Swap:  May 3rd – May 13th

Students may swap room assignment and see/select from all available buildings except Fraternity/Sorority buildings.

General Room Swap  - OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS:  June 13th – June 22nd

All buildings will be available for Room Swap except Fraternity/Sorority buildings.

Room change requests are submitted through MyUSAHousing.

Requests are processed based on the date/time the room change request was submitted and room availability. Space is extremely limited. Residents will receive notice via JagMail on the status of their requests.
