ELS Speaker: Chris Melton

On March 8th, 2022 the Mitchell College of Business welcomed Chris Melton for its Executive Leadership Series. Chris Melton, an MCOB Alumnus and Chairman and CEO of The White Oak Group, spoke to students, faculty and staff about his professional experience and the importance of character and relationship building throughout your career. Melton also talked about the importance of making mistakes and taking responsibility for failure. Most importantly, he encouraged the audience to step out of their comfort zone.
