Message from the Dean

It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you of the untimely passing of our
colleague and friend, Dr. Matthew Wiser, assistant professor in the department of
economics and finance. Matt has been a member of our MCOB team since 2014. Dr. Wiser
held degrees from Louisiana State University and the University of Rochester. He
was highly respected and well-liked by all members of the campus community and will
be greatly missed.
