Chris Lee, Ph.D.
Dr. Lee founded CEL & Associates, Inc. in 1994 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Lee served as Principal of Real Estate Talent Solutions and RETS Associates. For over 30 years, Dr. Lee has served as an advisor to real estate firms seeking to grow, improve performance, enhance brand differentiation, attract and retain great talent, drive revenue and profit performance, increase enterprise value and develop outstanding leaders. Dr. Lee worked for the Marriott and Boise Cascade corporations. He is a frequent contributor to national journals and a keynote speaker at conferences sponsored by leading real estate organizations. He serves as a Director of Faison Enterprises, Inc. Dr. Lee served as a Director of Cogdell Spencer Inc., since 2005. Dr. Lee serves on the Advisory Board for the Business School and the Real Estate School at San Diego State University. He is active in the Urban Land Institute, a Member of the U.S. Green Building Council and active in many other real estate organizations including NMHC, BOMA, IREM, NAA and NAIOP. Dr. Lee’s national newsletter, Strategic Advantage, received by approximately 14,000 senior leaders within real estate companies.
He authored a book in 2012 entitled Transformational Leadership in the New Age of Real Estate, as well as From Good To Great To Outstanding, A Real Estate Leader’s Guide To Optimal Performance. Dr. Lee received a B.A. from San Diego State University, an M.S. degree from San Jose State University and a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Development from Alliant International University
