2017 Gulf Coast Real Estate & Economic Education Conference

The 2017 Gulf Coast Real Estate & Economic Education Conference highlighted key topical insights into crucially important aspects of negotiation, leadership, and digital marketing. The Conference provided attendees with a highly interactive and participative session to learn about national, regional and local economic and market conditions. 

The featured speaker this year was, Professor Stuart Diamond, who is one of the world's foremost experts on negotiation. He is a former NY Times journalist, a Pulitzer Prize winner, and the author of Getting More, NY Times bestselling book on negotiation that he used to train more than 12,000 Googlers and 5,000 Special Ops soldiers. We thank Hand Arendall LLC for their support to present Dr. Diamond at the Conference this year.

2017 Smart Personal Finance Series

The Center for Real Estate and Economic Development, in collaboration with the Mitchell College of Business (MCOB), is introducing Smart Personal Finance Series to help people become better at making their personal financial decisions. The Series will include 45-60 minutes long seminars featuring practical personal finance topics. They will be offered on campus to USA students and employees and eventually off campus to the community and corporate entities.

Following the great interest in the subjects, the Center for Real Estate and Economic Development is repeating the first two seminars of the Smart Personal Finance Series at the Student Center.
