The following FAQs are specific to students that are admitted for Fall 2020 only.
Admitted students who have registered for orientation will be added to a online course based on their confirmed orientation session. Academic advising and course registration assistance will be offered as part of the online orientation as well. Details will be provided to the student by email to the address provided on the application.
Additionally, be sure to check you JagMail regularly as you will need to accept the invitation to the online orientation course a few days prior to your date in order to participate. Your Orientation Leader will email your JagMail account as well with orientation specifics after you accept the orientation course.
Our goal initially was to provide an on-campus experience for parents and guests who registered accordingly. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and the guidelines implemented by the university, we must change our course.
Parents/Guests who paid the orientation fee will be refunded. However, we will provide various online resources to parents and guardians. Additionally, we hope to offer brief, in-person sessions with limited capacity August 8-16. Details have been emailed to orientation registrants so that they can share this information with their parent/guardians.
Please check the For Parents tab for updates.
- Make sure you are registered and confirmed for you orientation session.

Orientation is still a requirement for all new, undergraduate students. Orientation will be offered in two parts, online and in-person. This cost will be covered with the orientation fees paid at registration. If you choose to attend another institution and cancel your admission to USA, you can submit a written request to email@example.com for a refund. Refund requests will be considered through May 29. Refund requests for registrations completed after May 29 will not be considered.
