Freshmen - Fall Semester
All students who are 2019 high school graduates and students who are first time freshmen under the age of 23 must attend the Freshman New Student Orientation.
If you are 23 or older and are not transferring from another institution, you should attend our Transfer & Adult Freshman orientation session. We look forward to helping you transition to USA and will familiarize you with the campus, student services, and assist you in registering for classes.
New students must be admitted before attending orientation. The one-time orientation fee of $100 will be required at the time of orientation registration. If your orientation plans change and you choose to cancel your registration, please contact our office directly. For refund consideration, notice of cancellation must be received by May 1, 2019. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2019. You must submit a notice of cancellation for Southbound Orientation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled session, regardless of date so that your profile can be updated.
Both students and parents are welcome to attend New Student Orientation. A separate parent orientation fee of $40 will be due at time of orientation registration for each parent/guest wanting to attend. Please note that no refunds for student or parent orientation fees will be issued after May 1, 2019.
